Billing information

Our billing period is from the first of the month to the end of the month.  Bills are mailed out on or around the 5th of each month and are considered past due after the last day of the month the bills were mailed.

We currently accept checks, cash, money orders, auto-draft payments, and credit cards.

The bank auto-draft option authorizes payments to be withdrawn from your checking or savings account on the 20th of each month.  You will still receive a monthly billing statement however the amount withdrawn from your account will vary depending on your actual billed water usage. To sign up for the auto-draft option, complete the auto-draft form, attach a voided check, and mail or drop the forms off at the District office.

You may mail your payment to P.O. Box 1407, Monument, CO 80132, or for your convenience a drop box is available at the District office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, CO 80132.

To pay with a credit card you can access the Xpress Bill Pay site on the homepage of our website or when making a payment over the phone or at the District office.
