Rebate Program
Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 is pleased to offer seven kinds of rebates for residential customers interested in upgrading high-water-use appliances or adding efficiency enhancers to their irrigation systems. The rebates will be available for purchases made after January 1, 2018.
Read the rules for qualifying below, and then make your purchase, fill out your application, and mail it in. We'll do the rest.
Rebates apply only to single family residential home owners!

$25 rebate to replace higher water use toilets (3-5 gallons per flush) with low flow toilets (1.6 gallons or less per flush) |

$75 rebate to replace higher water use toilets with toilets that use no more than 1.28 gallons per flush - includes dual-flush toilets |
| High-Efficiency Washer |
$100 rebate to replace higher water use washing machines (45 gallons per load) with low usage front load washers (25 gallons per load) |
| High-Efficiency Dishwasher |
$25 rebate to replace higher water use dish washing machines with low usage Energy Star 2007 compliant dishwashers |
| Shower head |
$10 rebate to replace higher water use shower heads (4 gallons per minute) with a more efficient shower head (2.5 gallons per minute) |

$35 rebate to purchase an irrigation control (clock) that sets multiple days and time limits to conserve water |
| Rain Sensor |
$25 rebate to purchase a rain sensor that overrides an irrigation system when detecting rainfall |
